Open as many calculators as you need. Drag them anywhere.
A free scientific calculator in your browser. Use trigonometry, logarithms, powers and more, and open extra windows to compare results.
The calculator above includes the functions you need for school, engineering and everyday maths: sin, cos, tan in degrees or radians, natural and base-10 logarithms, powers (x², x³, xʸ, eˣ, 10ˣ), square roots, factorials, modulo, absolute value and the constants π and e.
sin or √x. The result replaces the number on the display.xʸ or mod, enter the first number, press the key, enter the second number and press =.DEG / RAD to switch the angle unit. Each window keeps its own setting.| Calculation | Keys | Result |
|---|---|---|
| sin(30°) | 30 sin (DEG) | 0.5 |
| log₁₀(1000) | 1000 log | 3 |
| 2¹⁰ | 2 xʸ 10 = | 1,024 |
| 5! | 5 n! | 120 |
| 17 mod 5 | 17 mod 5 = | 2 |
Read the scientific calculator guide for each function in detail, and degrees vs radians if your trig answers look wrong.
Either. Press the DEG/RAD key on the scientific keypad to switch. Degrees are the default.
You are probably in radians mode. In radians, 30 means 30 radians, not 30 degrees. Switch to DEG to get 0.5.
Yes. There is no sign-up and calculations run in your browser.
